We must remain VIGILANT:

The news can be overwhelming lately, but we cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the horrors and cruelties being committed by ICE and Border Patrol.  This editorial by Dahlia Lithwick of Slate goes into more detail about the dark path our country is headed down, and why we must remain vigilant and continue holding government entities accountable for these inhumane actions.  It is easy to turn away and close our eyes to the horrors being committed, but we owe it to the victims to keep watching and calling for justice before the parallels with events leading up to some of the greatest atrocities in human history become any more literal.  We cannot afford to just "keep following orders".  The time to act and call your politicians to demand an end to the policy of separating families at the border is now.  --  Posted By Andrea Hughes

Las noticias pueden ser abrumadoras últimamente, pero no podemos permitirnos volvernos insensibles a los horrores y crueldades cometidos por ICE y la Patrulla Fronteriza.
